L1700 series engine
The L1700 series engine is a horizontally opposed four-cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled, spark-ignition, carbureted piston engine with a displacement of approximately 1700 cc. This series features a compression ratio of 8:1, a takeoff power range of 44 to 50 kW, a maximum rotational speed of 3600 rpm, a cylinder head temperature limit of 250°C, an oil temperature limit of 120°C, and a dry weight of 73 to 74 kg.
